What’s your cancellation policy?
We know things are quite uncertain at the moment, and we’re here to help. If you made your reservation on our website for a stay before 30 April 2020, you can reschedule your stay for later in 2020 for free. For new bookings made through 31 August, we apply flexible booking conditions. Just email us and we will take care of everything. If you made your booking via a third-party website, please check their cancellation policy.
For stays after 31 August 2020, our standard cancellation policy applies: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the start of your reservation, we unfortunately have to charge you the amount of 1 night of your stay. If you forget to cancel your booking and don’t show up for your reservation, we will charge you 1 night of your stay. Some rates may have other cancellation conditions—you’ll see them in the policy of the rate when you book and you can also find in the first section of your booking confirmation.
What time can I check-in for my stay?
You can check in at 15:00 or later, but we don’t recommend later—you’ll have a lot to experience.
What time do I need to check-out of my room?
12:00 is our normal check-out time. If you need a few extra hours to snooze or pack, ask anyone on our team about the possibility of a late check-out (only available if you ask the same day of your check-out and if the room isn’t needed for another guest).
Can I store my luggage with you? For free?
Yes and yes. Just hand it over to our team and enjoy the rest of your day.
What’s the Lowest Available Price Guarantee?
Our Lowest Available Price Guarantee is our promise that the room rate you find on our website is the lowest available rate for this room anywhere online. If you find a competitive rate somewhere else, please let us know by submitting a claim form.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner and JCB.
What’s the accessibility of your hotels?
Each of our hotels has rooms that are thoughtfully designed for wheelchair access and special needs. All of our hotels have elevators as well. Please let us know if there’s anything you need to make your stay extra comfortable.
What’s your pet policy?
While we love pets, we unfortunately can’t host them for sleepovers at our hotels. Guide dogs are always invited.
What’s on the menu?
Each of our hotels has a fantastic restaurant or two. Join us for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, or order it to your bed. We also have one-of-a-kind minibars in every room.
What’s the electricity voltage in your hotels?
Our hotels have 220V outlets. Please take this into consideration so you don’t nuke any of the nice devices you might have brought from home. If you need an adapter, we sell them at the front desk.
What’s the deal with Internet?
All of our hotels have free Wifi waiting for you.
Do you do wake-up calls?
We sure do. Just dial the front desk and let us know when you want the call.
Do you allow smoking at your hotels?
We love to have a good time, but that doesn’t include smoking. Our hotels are 100% smoke-free for your breathing pleasure. We don’t even let Keith Richards smoke here. (But, Keith, if you’re reading this—give us a call and we can talk about it.)
What’s your fire safety plan?
Every room in our hotels is equipped with smoke detectors, and you’ll find our fire safety plan on your hotel room door. Our hotels also have 24-hour cameras located throughout the interior and exterior to keep you safe at all times.
Do you have hairdryers in your room?
Of course. We would never let you have a bad hair day.
