CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
If you booked directly through our website, you can change or cancel your reservation. We'll just need the email address that you used to make the reservation plus the reservation number. The reservation number can be found in the reservation confirmation that you received from us. For bookings made anywhere other than our website, please contact your travel agent directly.
Directions
To/From The Airport
The easiest way to get from the airport to Sir Joan is by taxi, which will bring you to our doorstep in about 10 minutes. Needless to say, you can always contact our team and we will arrange a car service or any form of transportation you please.
Public transportation from the airport is easy as well. Take the bus line L10 just outside the arrivals at the airport and stop at Puerto de Ibiza. Sir Joan is 150 meters away in front of the bus stop. The ticket costs €3.50 (one way) and you can pay it directly when boarding the bus.
Driving Directions from the Ferry
If you are arriving by ferry to Ibiza with your car, just follow the road in front of you, take the second exit at the roundabout and you will see Sir Joan right there.
Parking
If you’re driving, note that we offer valet parking for the following rates:
- May through September: €25 per day
- April, October, November: €15 per day
You can also park at the public parking garage located on Avenida 8 de Agosto, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
