Sir Prague has officially opened its doors—and with it, the arrival of Seven North by Chef Eyal Shani. To mark the moment, we threw a three-night celebration filled with bold flavors, live music, and our community near and far.
Setting the Scene
Housed in a restored neo-Renaissance beauty from 1884, Sir Prague brings modern edge and historic soul to New Town. Designed by Linda Boronkay, every corner nods to Prague’s rich artistic past, paired with Sir’s signature style. During the opening nights, guests were also invited on a mini art tour through the hotel, discovering curated works and creative details tucked into unexpected corners.
Let the Party Begin
Guests enjoyed mezze spreads and edible displays by the Seven North team in the hotel’s scenic courtyard—all served in a space designed for sharing, sipping, and storytelling. Eyal Shani mesmerized guests with a feast for the belly and the soul. His unique perspective on food (and really, living in general!) is nothing short of inspiring.
Sounds From Berlin to Prague
The soundtrack? A mix of eclectic beats by DJ Robot (Prague), DJ Dada Disco (Berlin), and a soulful surprise performance by a live violinist, Barbora Klarova.
