CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
Pre-Authorization:
At check-in, we'll pre-authorize £150 per room, per night on your credit card for any charges during your stay. No charges will be made unless expenses are incurred.
Prepayment/Deposit:
If your reservation required a prepayment or deposit, changes or cancellations will still be non-refundable.
Direct Bookings:
If you booked through our website, you can change or cancel your reservation by providing the email and reservation number from your confirmation email.
Other Bookings:
If you booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly for changes or cancellations.
Getting to and from the Airport
Heathrow Airport
Train
Hop on the Elizabeth Line at Heathrow Airport. It's a 45-minute ride to Liverpool Street, and then just an 8-minute walk to us.
Taxi
A taxi will take about 1.5 hours, but beware of London traffic.
Gatwick Airport

Take the Thameslink to Farringdon (40 minutes), then switch to the Circle, Hammersmith & City, or Metropolitan Line to Liverpool Street. We’re just an 8-minute walk away.

Stanstead Airport
Train
The Stansted Express will get you to Liverpool Street in 47 minutes. From there, it's just an 8-minute walk.
