CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
If you booked directly through our website, you can change or cancel your reservation. We'll just need the email address that you used to make the reservation plus the reservation number. The reservation number can be found in the reservation confirmation that you received from us. For bookings made anywhere other than our website, please contact your travel agent directly.
Parking
You can park at the Hafentor underground car park, just a fifteen -minute walk away from the hotel. Upon arrival, you must go to the reception desk and collect your parking card for only €15 (+€50 deposit) per day.
